      How to change from OBE (Out of Body Experience) to lucid dream?

      I found something called "Lucidology 101", and I downloaded his PDF and read it, but it mostly talks about OBE's and only mentions lucid dreams briefly at the beginning. So if I were to use his methods to have an OBE, how would I switch over to lucid dream?

      an OBE is a dream that feels like an OBE.

      to become lucid in an OBE, become aware that you are dreaming. we can do this with reality checks. are you familiar with reality checks and how they work?
