It is possible. I have turned off alarms in my sleep but never needed to walk over to them.

You can put your alarm in a really out of the way place. Like in your dresser under some clothes. That way you will end up waking up to find and shut off the alarm.

Or you can try putting the alarm close to your ear and maxing out the volume like I do.

Do you sleep walk regularly goonsDoom?

I ask only because I read somewhere that if you sleepwalk alot it is because of a problem with releasing the chemical that causes SP.
This could mean that it may be harder for you to WILD, doesn't mean you can't, ( i would get a dreamguide to verify this, don take my word for it)keep trying I say.

I'm with you on the turning off the alarm, I do that sometimes too then forget my dream straight away, really frustrating!! Maybe you should buy one of those alarm clocks with a little helicopter on, it flies around your room so you have to catch it and then turn it off, annoying as hell but you'll definitely be awake when you turn that badboy off, haha =P.

no, i dont do it regularly just on random events, and i moved my alarm across the room to stop me from just reaching up and getting it in my sleep, i figured actually walking to it would wake me up... maybe ill put it in my drawer as more of an active move? or behind my tv.

Yeah just move it somewhere that will require a little more mental activity to get to. Something that will wake you up.
