When i was on dreamviews once i read about becoming lucid by falling asleep with your arm up so when it falls it wakes you up so you could wild i thought it would be to complicated and didt give it much thought so went to bed and woke up in the middle of the night on my back with my arm up it really wierded me out because im like what the hell and it felt really tired like it was up for a long time as this happen to anyone else and know what it means
