Memory recall in lucid dreams?

Apparently, one can find things hidden in their mind while lucid dreaming; I've been studying Spanish recently, and I often forget the vocabulary (and some grammar) very quickly. Would practicing the language in a lucid dream make it easier to memorize it, or no?

Where exactly did you read this. I have never discovered things hidden within my mind. I don't really think practicing Spanish in your dreams is going to improve the skill more than the same amount of practice while awake.

Seeing as dreams are you subconscious, wouldn't you just be practicing what you already know? Even then, dreams are stored in a different part of the brain than waking memories so would it even help?
