My favorite is for sure DILD because it requires so little work, and it doesn't disrupt sleep at all. But the most reliable method in my opinion is a WBTB/MILD combo, which is how I got my first lucid dream. I woke up around 6 hours after going to sleep, I got on this site and just read around for 10 minutes or so, then went back to sleep with lucids on the top of my mind. I read in Exploring the world of lucid dreaming that a WBTB increases the chance of a lucid dream by, I think it said 65-80% |

Wake Back To Bed (WBTB) is the most effective method, for me. I think a well timed WBTB is the single best thing you can do to improve your chances of lucid dreaming. I normally pair it with MILD or WILD a few times per week for even better results. |

DILD, with a WBTB on occasion (trying to get back into doing that more frequently). |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
