I would say that is normal. Your mind can get accustomed to REM cycle and wake up after it is over. Are you a heavy sleeper otherwise? This is how I see it, but others might have better points. About falling sleep, I also tend to think a lots of things when I go to bed. I don't usually mind it but sometimes there are just too many thoughts that it disturbs my falling asleep. I use meditation to overcome that and I suggest it to others too. Meditation is useful in every way. |

Jujutsu is the gentle art. It's the art where a small man is going to prove to you, no matter how strong you are, no matter how mad you get, that you're going to have to accept defeat. That's what jujutsu is.
Excitement, joy, happiness, satisfaction... There are too many side effects for me to count! Joke asides, you were probably just having a hard time falling back asleep because you got so excited. Don't worry, it'll pass. If you were WILD'ing, that might have to do with you not being able to go back to sleep. |

You wake up a few times during the night naturally, but usually you won't remember this. |

Dreams are simple.
It's the painfully simple things the human mind cannot comprehend.
After all your mind is trained to understand the complexity of the waking world,
not the simplicity of the dream world.

Its probably ur sub-conscious reacting and acting up in response to a boundary limitation being removed, it could be worked through with focus, do not give up on lucid dreaming it's worth it! |
