I've tried eating a peanut butter sandwich before sleep and the first time it didn't really seem to help with the vividness and the second time i had no recall of any dreams at all. so i stopped. and i think I'm going to have to stick with DILD for now. I don't think my roommate who sleeps about three feet away from me (small dorms) would appreciate the alarm at 4 in the morning. =s. thanks for the advice tho. I'll eat another peanut butter sandwich tonight and see what happens. =D |
