Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

hey everyone on dreamviews. the past three nights i've had two lucid dreams, one day apart. they were lucid in the sense that i knew i was dreaming, but didnt have complete control. i'd probably say i was forty percent lucid. anyways, in my lucid last night i had a dild and automatically remembered to rub my hands and "anchor" myself to the dream. i was surrounded by darkness when i was doing all this, and i read about anchoring just yesterday on this site. after this i started hovering around and then started picking up speed and flying superman style.

what i would really like suggestions on is summoning people in my dreams. after a false awakening i wound up in my living room and once again realized i was dreaming. i automatically walked into my kitchen and picked up my house phone to call the girl i wanted to summon. i only think i was about forty percent because when i had the phone i was questioning whether or not to actually call the person in case i wasnt really dreaming. so i ended up just dialing a random number and got a random voice i've never heard before and then switched into another lucid in which i was jumping trying to float to see if i was really dreaming.

does anyone have any better suggestions on how to summon someone instead of calling them? i've heard of a dream tv before and a couple of other ideas, but any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance!

The best way is to find a person, is to ask any random stranger, in a serious tone, "where is ______?". They will point you to a house or building...it works great.

I totally agree. The people who knows best is the DCs Another technique I use often is the well know "when-I-turn-around-the-person-will-be-there" technique. Just decide that next time you walk around the corner or turn around, the person will be there/pass by

Awesome thanks both of those sound good. The only problem i've had with the first one is that for some reason everytime i've been lucid so far i've never seen/interracted with a dream character. This is kind of annoying so far because i'm really interested in talking to them and seeing how they act. WDr next time i'm lucid i'm gonna try that instead of the phone one. Thanks again for the advice

      Welcome to Dreamviews! :3

You don't need to be able to control your dream; as long as you were aware, it was a lucid. The easiest possible way you could summon someone (and this works very well) is if you simply turn around and "know" they're behind you. Create a small scenario in which they would be right beside you; for instance, if you want to summon your younger brother, say "stop following me, jeeze" as you turn to face them. Visualize them too, down to what they look like and exactly where they'll be standing, if you can. This same method can be used for summoning objects, and even teleporting! For teleporting, just open a door to where you want to go. You know how that when you open a door in your house, you know exactly what the hallway looks like, and the rooms? The more you visualize the room based on where you'll be when you walk into it, the better.

Hope that helps, and good luck!
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Thanks Puffin this is good because usually when I turn lucid i have a clear memory of these kind of posts from dreamviews that helps me to maintain it. Hopefully next time I remember your post in great detail. I can also really see how this could work because in a way i've done it before. The second to last time i tried to call someone in my dream i reached into my pocket and felt nothing there. I then greatly wanted my cell phone to be there and concentrated for a few seconds, reached in again, and pulled out my phone. Not only is that good advice, but it cuts out the middleman in wishing for the phone in the first place lol. Your help is very much appreciated, now I just can't wait to use it!
