      Help in dream recall

Hi. I have kept a dream journal for months now, and I am struggling wiht something: I usualy only remember one dream every night.... How can I get a better dream recall? How can I wake up at the en of every dream?

Edit: I remember more than one dream sometimes, but its not so often...

Hey WDr, try to refrain from double-posting in the future. You can always edit your first post up to a period of 24 hours.

Anyways, yeah. Remembering as many details as your dreams as you can, along with actually recording them down (in a good amount of detail), is probably the most effective way to improve your recall. If you lie still after waking up, and just relax with your eyes closed, you might pick up on additional dream memories, including those of dreams you might not have remembered if you were to just get up out of bed.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
