Lucidity NOW!!! Easiest way to become lucid

I'm sure all of you want the push button method, instant lucidity via the pill. Gosh, thats what I searched for all these years. The easy road to lucidity. And I found it. Type everything you have read on lucid dreams online on the computer. Heres the secret button, highlight all the info, and press- DELETE. Now, the next info, when you read it, I want you to re-think everything, and OWN it. Once you can OWN something, as YOURS, then you have a full grasp of it. This is for natural lucidity. It is the guides to end all guides.

OK. So DELETE everything you just read in your head, because its incorrect. Nobody can tell you how to become lucid in a dream, you must experience, and learn it yourself. The good news is, you prolly have already experienced it, and just don't remember it. The bad new is, this doesn't mean that your going to remember the next time. The good news is, its all about your intent.

SO, you know the drill. DELETE. Deleting the words helps you focus on the concepts, rather than the words. And Knowing is key. Whether you Know what happened in the dream( RECALL). Know that it is a dream while dreaming( LUCIDITY), or KNOW that you can control it however you wish(CONTROL), and then choose to control it, to remember, or to be aware(mastery of all three keys). But basic fundamental first. DELETE.

      RECALL
REPEAT ALOUD: I want to remember each and every dream, in complete detail. I intend to remember it, and to write down the dreams that are the most exciting, at minimum.
      DELETE

      LUCIDITY
REPEAT ALOUD: I want to know that it is a dream while I am dreaming, I want to have that feeling that "This is a dream" while I am sleeping, and in a dream. I intend to know that "This is a dream" in every dream that I am in.
      DELETE

      CONTROL
REPEAT ALOUD: I want to control dream scenarios, in any and every way. I want to have choice inside every dream that I am in. I intend to control everything, in however much quantity, and quality I wish.
      DELETE

Now, the other KEY is CONSISTENCY. Every day, this must be done. If you want to have one more than the other, do so. RECALL doesn't mean you have lucidity, and lucidity doesn't mean you have recall. Same with control. I've had extreme recall, no lucidity, and no control, extreme lucidity, no control, good recall. Obviously, if I didn't have any waking recall, I can't tell you whether I had no recall. I can tell you that I have had a lucid dream in which I went back in my memory, and there were many many many many experiences in which I had full recall of, that when I awoke, I didn't have recall, and when I awoke more fully, I had no recall, only remembered that I did when I was asleep and dreaming. SO. Basically, no technique, this guide is just to strengthen your intent, which will then strengthen whatever technique you do. If you don't like the wording, change it. REPEAT it DAILY. If you just want lucidity, heres a really simple guide that works like a charm.

      DELETE

Sit, or stand in front of a mirror. Repeat aloud- "THIS IS A DREAM". Know that it is a dream around. Know that you are in a dream room, that you are standing on a dream floor, that the entirety of around you is a dream. Once you feel this in full. Do a reality check. Keep knowing that it is a dream even if the Reality check works. If you think, oh tis reality, banish the thought from your mind, and KNOW that it is a dream. Do this for 10 minutes during the day, every day, and lucidity will increase.

      DELETE

Ok, hopefully, you came with nothing, and now you left with nothing. Happy dreams. Honestly, while LUCIDITY is a great thing, sometimes, its control that you are really after, or perhaps better recall. And strengthen your concentration. Essential for all of this. Stare at a candle, or the Letter A on the wall for long periods of time. Is good for you.

      DELETE...once you have OWNed it.
All of experience is fun for me, whether in a dream, or in reality, because I love existing, learning, and continuously evolving and sustaining. Then again, who knows, I may not enjoy existing so much if I caught a face full of buckshot from an angry farmer. But hey, at least I'd got out with a bang.

nice try, but you still using techniques ( RC, affirmations.. ) ??

you don't have to delet something, you just need to re-organise it.

But once re-organized, delete what I, and anyone else has said, because it will just interfere with your ability. I was being a little humorous, and yes these are "techniques", but its the approach that is different. I am not placing an emphasis on lucidity- as some of my most amazing dreams have been non-lucid. Would lucidity have made it better? Not at all, however, it would possibly have let me sustain it, but, that is in a different category than lucidity. In any case, I've had lots of lucid's, and the best ones are where I exit then -re-enter every 10 minutes or so, as this creates 10 minutes of detailed dreaming, and you remember every little detail with very good clarity.

Something I learned is that defining something really limits it. Say you perform a DILD, well YOU aren't performing that DILD, you are just naturally aware, an the DILD results. This is where the semantics and vernacular get in the way of lucid dreaming itself. Even lucid dreaming gets in the way of being aware during the dream state, the word I mean. Instead of increasing your awareness, you are shooting for a lucid dream. It is the increased awareness that is awesome, not the lucid dream itself. I've had lucids( for lack of a better word) where the scenery was super muted, I couldn't see crap, and it kind of sucked, so its also a vividity component as well. Basically, Forget my words once you understand the concepts in your own lingo, and think about what you want with regards to dreaming, and go for that. Affirm your intent in that area, crystallize it inside your mind, and then focus every day on it until you get it in full. Utilize techniques as a forceful method( forceful in terms of pushing for something, even when relaxed) to become familiar with the state that you wish, then go for it. Practice, practice, practice. It takes a little while to transform consciousness, and thats what you are doing, not lucid dreaming, you are literally transforming your consciousness, and you should understand this, and shoot for exactly what you wish.

In any case, I wish you the best. I think I am going to refer to it as Dreaming Aware. Its a bit more correct, and places the emphasis on both the dream, and awareness.

This is basically intent on a major scale, but just focusing on one thing doesn't make that uber strong. Lucid dreaming is about trying everything and finding what's right for you, not wiping the page blank and forcing yourself down one single simple road.

If I did this I wouldn't be able to try all the other techniques people think up or do. Hell, I wouldn't even know if this would ultimately work out for me, wasting a lot of time.

      Had another lucid last night

Had another lucid, extremely clear, very very aware, but almost no control( I couldnt even fly). So it seems I need to work on the wording of the CONTROL intent. Was very very aware that it was a dream, did an RC to become lucid, but knew it was a dream before that. Been doing this, and other techniques. Seems to be working for me( This is the 3rd lucid I've had in 4 days). Also been doing natural light meditation before bed, and the "This is a dream" meditation throughout the day.

By all means, if it works do it. Just because I or some people don't agree with certain aspects doesn't mean it IS bad or won't work. I'm doing a project with Choi right now, so I can't try it, but maybe sometime.
