i go to sleep as Freefall, but wake up as a soldier.
And yes, i am gregarious and brash, i'm not always keen on criticism, but who is?
And i hate extreme situations that i don't understand...

Wow, that's exactly the same as me, except im not gregarious. I too go to sleep as freefall, and wake up as soldier. Sometimes its weird, because i wake up and think; "how did i get like this?"

Usually i have one arm under the pillow and the other like an 'L' shape pointing to the wall behind my head.
And like the previous freefaller (in the thread) i keep changing my head from side to side, untill i fall asleep.

I just cant go to sleep on my back, sooooo uncomfortable, so i have trouble with WILDs.

Okay time for this one to resurface.

My sleeping style has changed over the years. I find myself more comfortable now in the Foetus position and it seems when I fall asleep this way I'm happen to capture SP more often and I get an increase level of WILD's this way as well. Maybe it's just me but I thought I'd share that.

i read this in an article at lucidity.com...

In the oldest available references on lucid dream induction, the
thousand year old text on Dream Yoga in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition,
is the advice to the initiate attempting to achieve a lucid dream that
he should sleep "on the right side, as the lion doth." It is possible
that the purpose of this posture is to encourage the type of brain
activity conducive to lucid dreaming. After all, most of our current
knowledge about reflex points on the body is found in ancient yogic
      texts.

perhaps that's why you manage more WILD's in the Foetus position...are you sleeping on your right side?

Down, down, down into the darkness of the grave
      Gently they go, the beautiful, the tender, the kind;
Quietly they go, the intelligent, the witty, the brave.
