It was easy as a kid because you didn't know you were concious, more just reacting in the dream, well that's how it was for me. |

I am really into this lucid dreaming thing and i used to be a expert when i was a kid. I used to be able to remember that i was in bed and whatever i was seeing was a dream.I didnt need to do a reality check. But now in my dreams i have problems doing a reality check. It just never comes to mind. How can i think to do a reality check in my dream ? |

well last night before i went to sleep ı read about D.I.L.D and did exactly what the guide told me to do and ended up having a dream totally opposite to what i was concentrated on. Of course i guess this will take time to set in but my only problem is that ı never think to reality check in my dreams. Everything always seems normal. Its like i never have controll. I need to some how get it into habit to doing reality checks |

As long as you're doing reality checks while awake any time you see a dream sign or something strange you have nothing to worry about. If anything, Lucid Dreaming is a thing of patience. You should never expect results immediately. Some things take a week or two to really set in. |

It can take some time to form a new habit. Keep it up, and make sure you are really focusing on becoming more aware and present in both your dreams and your waking life. |
