Well I suppose if MILD worked for you back then, resuming it can't be wrong. As well as reality checks for a chance of DILDing, not to mention doing an RC doesn't take any time to do, just try to do some while you're in school. |

Ive been slacking off in my lucid dreaming for a while now (actually, its been a month).I feel guilty for not keeping up,but, its been hard lately.School has been stressing me out as well,so I think that contributes to me slacking off.I havent done a reality check in a long time.Or write in my DJ.I even stopped doing my method (MILD).Before I started slacking off,i was having progress, and having a lot of lucids and near lucids. Now I can barley remember what I was dreaming about! And thats on a good day.I really want to have lucids again.I do have some motivation, which is my dream goal. Its the reason i started learning to LD in the first place. But its not enough.Any help would be appreciated |
