I'm having a HUGE slack on my recall. Used to recalling 2 dreams a night since myf irst attempt. Sometimes 5-7 dreams a night. Now its like one every two nights.

Look around and try to develop your own technique or check out some new ones. I developed my own technique, which is a combination of multiple. It has worked me wonders. I am started to LD every night, but I'm only two nights into so what can I say?

Also I can only do this on weekends/nights before there's no school.

Try out my VOSCA technique when you have time. If it's too much for you, you can also try stephen LaBerge's (and his colleague's) OSC technique.

During my VOSCA I like to try to wild 6 hours in as well. 9.5 hour sleep cycle.

For me I always have a harder time when I'm getting less sleep. If I get less than seven hours of sleep, I can often hardly remember any dreams and barely ever do I have a lucid. Just a couple hours more and I am much more successful.
