Oh it is just a matter of practice, some are lucky enough to have awesome lucidity their first time, most people don't so just continue like normal. Anyway just try to stabilize the dream, make it clear and then continue like normal. |

I had a lucid dream the night before last. I was in a room, and it was still more like an interactive movie. I was not myself, I was my conscious mind giving commands to my dream body. |

The levels of conciousness vary in the dream, so it can seem like you weren't in control, in that case you were but just didn't have that level of conciousness to do what you would do in real life. Bit of a tongue twister that. Like Hukif said, it comes with practice you generally become better at doing what you want to do with time. |

My attempt at NILF lucid dreaming failed. I did not dream. |
