      loosing lucidity unawarely

      in my last lucid i lost lucidity without even knowing how that happened in most of em they happen only that way can superman help me please to fix that problem

      Do you become distracted by the dream, and get pulled back in? This is pretty common. Keep reminding yourself you are dreaming. Perform reality checks every few minutes and tell everyone around you that you that this is all a dream. This should become easier as you get more experience.
