      Question very weird

      hello i have only had one case of sleep paralysis so far........ or that i remember. but it seems like i am only able to enter sleep paralysis when I'm napping I've tried to enter sp 5 hours after I've had normal sleep and nothing but at 5.00 in the afternoon I'm able to enter sp is this unusual

      If you time your naps correctly, you can have amazing results. It sounds like you have found a time that works for you. Have you tried to WILD during a 5:00pm nap? Does the sleep paralysis happen spontaneously?
