hello i have only had one case of sleep paralysis so far........ or that i remember. but it seems like i am only able to enter sleep paralysis when I'm napping I've tried to enter sp 5 hours after I've had normal sleep and nothing but at 5.00 in the afternoon I'm able to enter sp is this unusual
