I have heard of this. Do you use head phones? Or do u just catch the sound in your sleep? |

Now, I don't really make these type of posts and I'm not advertising in any way - I'm just informing of a wonderful application that helped me reach lucidity on it's first try. The application (Android based) is called Lucid Dreamer by GAURDANIS. |

I do not use headphones, as they hurt my ears because I sleep on my side. And I use that software as well =) |
|
Nice, but you don't use both at once? Because the analyzer would pick up the sound.. also on the lucid dreamer, where on the graphs does it show REM? |
|
Sweet im gonna try it tonight |
|
Wait, when did you get your first lucid dream? According to your lucid dream count, it's over 9000!! |

A question: If you didnt use headphones, then how is it possible that the bineural beats work? Correct me if I'm wrong, but as I know the point with bin. beats is that they are slightly different in each ear so that the brain gets a specific message? |

@WDr..... he actually is just catching the sound in the dream, and when he hears it, the brain reminds him he is dreaming... That is what i assume though. |

Well, in the morning whenever my alarm clock goes off (it's a soft melodic ring) dream characters react to it for a few seconds before waking up. For instance, I was in class in a dream and my alarm went off. In the dream, it was the class phone ringing. My teacher went over to it, answered the phone and said something to me. At this point I woke. So I decided to further investigate with that technique using the application, turning music on just loud enough for me to catch but low enough to wake me up. The application works like a charm. |

Wish it was on the app store too :/ |

I have downloaded the Lucid Dreamer app (Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro), but have somehow been really sceptical about using it. I'll try it tonight, won't hurt, right? |
