How do I get back on track with lucid dreaming?

When I learned how to lucid dream fluently I stopped writing in my journal and everything. I kept lucid dreaming fluently for a month until I started to remember lesser and lesser of my dreams. The small fragments that I do remember are usually not lucid.

So now I'ts up to me to get back on track.

What should I start doing again to start lucid dreaming once more. My inspiration to start LDing again was a recent dream I had when it involved some Star Wars action. It was extremely fun, and just the thought of not being able to relive it again sorta displeases me.

It would really help if you could sorta make me like... a list of things to do for lucid dreaming that I could check off if you know what I mean?

Plus I miss everyone at this forum, I guess I should get more involved again.

Well if you can still lucid dream every night, just crack out the old dream journal again.
And as forceez said, the thread is great!

Drugs are not needed.. your advice is stupid? It has nothing to do with the question..
JohhnyBoi, how did you learn to fluently lucid dream so quickly?
      What methods do you use?

Lol I am the same. I stopped doing it for a year, I still remember my dreams but less of them now. I'm pretty much never lucid, which is a big difference to 2010 when I'd get lucid every second day and remember it all.

I am re-tracing my steps. Revisiting old techniques, revising old knowledge, finding new sources of motivation, and DJing again. I've gotta say, after two years of DJing I'm really sick of it, but its gotta be done.
