Hello!
I might as well be a noobie because I am just getting back into the pattern of trying to achieve lucid dreams. Previously I constantly used the MILD technique out of convenience, and was making excellent progress with it (Some nights I was able to chain together up to 3, although short, lucid dreams in one night).

I haven't tried in a few months though, and figured it was best to start back from square one and not expect anything ground-breaking for a bit. For a couple days, after focusing on remembering my dream before bed, I was able to! That's gotta be a good sign that SOMETHING regarding lucid dreaming is around there in my brain!
Gotta work on picking out dream signs again.
