what was the most effective way you have dilded ?

Ugh I Dnt Kno If This Would Be Dild or not but I accidently fell asleep with my headphones in I could hear the music when I was dreaming, That show I Knew I Was Dreaming

Umm there really isn't a whole technique (in short) but DILD is just being aware that your are dreaming, and become lucid.... Down Town lucid dream - Dream Journals - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views is my 2nd most successful, the other one i haven't typed up yet; that one was about 15min long !

Now you can choose from any of these methods, if you dont want the hassle to be aware all day then try sat , if your up to being aware all day then go with ada.

I found MILD worked best for me, though having some trouble replicating the technique I used. Critical thinking hasnt really done much for me that ive noticed, and i find ADA requires too much mental effort and almost impossible at work - for me anyway.
