Noise reduction headphones + binaural beats = WILD |
|
hmm what exactly do bi neural beats do? |
|
I dont know the technical terms but with the use of sound played at different frequencies through each headphone it can induce various natural vibrational states of the brain, for instance the state when your awake/ in deep sleep/ light sleep/ REM etc. your best bet it to google it and do some research on what each state does (Alpha, beta, delta, theta..) Good luck |

I've never been able to WILD while listening to Binaural beats or any other sort of soothing music. While they might help for some people, they aren't going to help everyone. As far as the noise canceling headphones. If your house is noisy than they definitely should help if they are comfortable to sleep in. The only way to find out is to try it out! |

I'm not quite sure of the science behind it but the way they supposedly work is that they cause your brain wave patterns to change and I have seen ones for sale in various shops that do everything from help with dreaming to stimulate sexual arousal (again not sure how much science is behind this). What I do know is that they do help with getting into a lucid dream state. The easiest way to get them is there are several podcasts on itunes that have them so you can get a ton of them for free. |
