Help with being calm and concentrated.

So I have a pretty big problem when it comes to being able to sit still and concentrate.
I have a feeling this will lead to some handicaps for when it comes to practicing Lucid Dreaming, especially with the WILD technique.

I am very interested in the WILD technique. I know many are nervous about the idea of sleep paralysis and the imagery that comes along with it, but I find all of that very exciting, and I would love to experience it(as well as use the technique to get Lucid)

The problem lies in me not being able to sit still, even when going to bed. I constantly switch sleep positions and move around before eventually falling asleep.

So if anyone has some useful tips to help with this I would greatly appreciate it.

      Thanks in advance.

Have you perhaps tried to do some exercise that day to wear yourself out? Or tried doing the WILD in a WBTB where your body is already very relaxed from previous hours of sleep and will fall asleep/go in SP easier? Not really sure what to suggest, I've never really had that problem.

Any questions about lucid dreaming? Drop me a PM here!

      Ey there,
I dunno if you've already done this already but always do a WBTB(wake back to bed) before WILDing. I'm sure that if you do a WBTB before WILDing, you'll have no problemo in terms of being still cause your body will be all tried and sleepy at that point. Also, it's okay to move. WILDing is all about emulating normal sleep, but with more consciousness. So if you normally move or can't hold still while trying to sleep everynight, then it's OKAY to move. Cause the thing here is that you're trying to emulate a normal sleep. If you stop yourself from moving, then what's the point of WILDing?

Long story short: WBTB, Just be yourself, remain conscious, practice

Thanks guys, I will go ahead and read up on WBTB and try to do somethings that use up energy during the day. ( Winter Break has made me kind of lazy to be honest. XD)
