i need help with this dream its very important they keep telling me to calm down, I am calm!!!

I had a dream as you would call reoccuring but. it was more than lucid and vivid combined. I woke up with a mark I received from the dream and it took me a second to collect myself but I als remembered shortly after I awoke that I have had this dream before. People call me crazy but I am not scientist would say dreams dont effect reality. I like to think otherwise due to this dream I had last night. Prior to having this dream I also had it exactly a year ago last night. down to every single detail. it started in front of a strip mall with a laundrey mat and a deli store, small. there were people out front everything was a panic I dont recall who I was with exactly. This was not near where I live it was like a little town at the base of a mountain. I could smell the fresh mountain air and the possible springs that flow through it. As the same as last year I am trying to put the puzzle together. Everytime I found myself in a differnet place in the dream it wasnt as if I made it there by vehicle theres a flash of white fuzzy scrambles almost like a tv with no cable but less black. I know this sounds crazy but everytime it scrambled it was like I fealt it like my body was being thrown through time. I would eventually end up at some kind of boarding school or proper scvhool at the very base of the mountain. here comes the weird part It was like a zombie invasion. but it was the flesh eating zombies we know they were our friend that seemed to be completely taking over no decay just dark around the eyes. i couldnt smell death it was as if someone or something was controlling them. So we ended up in this school, we being my best friend jason and some random people I have never seen before I think they lived in this town I wish i knew what town or state it was. we had to make out way throught this school we had found a way to stop this and we were trying one by one we were dying. not death by regular zombies i mean horrific violence machettes in hearts, people hanging from meat hooks in coolers ( i dont watch scary movies so these imagaes couldnt of subconciously came from anywhere ) alspo there were students from this school or what ever it was hanging from light fixtures entangle from the ceiling with nives in them. We had figured out a way tp blend in andwe made our way toa adark corridore with one lighted room unfortunately there were dead bodies in there but it was safe as a safe haven was going to get Oh I track but details are important. When we were infront of the stripmall place i have my cat weezy with me im trying to save his life and not get him killed he means the world to me. i had put him in the trunk through the back seat. and strangely during some commotion he had escaped out of the trun and started running down the strip mall. A dog started chasing him and when i got to the end there was a lady and the dog was standing in front of weezy as the cat crouched in fear and confusion like he wouldnt take another step. I could only make out part of what she said. " he was just stopping him from running away he wont hurt him." and when I was walking away i heard a mumble of words inside my head. I still cant make them out but I think they were important I think this lady was in my dreams and knew it wasnt a dream as crazy as that sounds she like warned me of something I cant figure out what I think it may be a warning of my dream I had or so called dream. back to the boarding school. we were close to stopping this as movie as it sounds its not it fealt more real than a vivid or lucid dream it was as if i wasnt even in rem state. It was real as you or me or this thread. the scrambles stand out the most because I fealt them everytime . we ended up walking through the cafeteria with chairs and tables piles high. all over the place like blockades. blood was everywhere death was everywhere. we made our way to the court yard where it scrambled again this time i was hiding waiting for them thingfs to pass. it scrambled again and when it did it was like over I was looking for jason my best friend everyone was looking for survivors at this point the sun was rising. at the end I found jason he was hiding near a canapy he was ok. We looked around and seen just death all around it was horrible. then I woke up. It was as if this was a warning and what are the chances I have the same dream exactly one year from the time i first had it. VEry very slim are the chance ive done the research . It is unexpainable. I feel this was more than a dream almost if I was there or like weird to say in the future experiencing this. it felt the same the first time i had it all the way down to the scrambles. You can say i just have a good imagination or that im crazy but im not i live a normal life like all of you and I have no reason to get on here and lie I have never been on a forum before in my life this is the first time I had to register on this website so I can get this off my chest and possibly get some answers. I am aware the answers I seek may not be the ones i want to hear and call me crazy all you want but why and how could i wake up with a mark I got in the dream. Right before we left the lighted room i spoke of there was a girl with us she was exhausted and fell asleep i could not wake her up so I had to move on when leaving this room that was lighted crawling from under the table i received a cut on my lower back from the metal on the table it hurt but I just lept moving I did not want to get left behind. I cant explain how I woke up with this mark on my back that I have never had before. I am telling you i feel like this wasnt a dream but a warning. i need help with this please someone must know something in the world about dreams or warning of this sort as crazy as it sound I am aware I will be called insane and a psycho but I know what I so called dreamt and fealt the pain was real and i woke up with a scar to prove it. whic is the only thing that stands out is the lady that mumbled words I didnt understand and the scar that I now have that was never on my body before I didnt have the scar a year ago when I had the same exact dream. its as if its getting more real as the time goes on. What if this is a countdown of some sort. I am sorry for my confusion I wish I knew more and I wish it didnt sound so nuts. now I know how the people feel when they say oh im not crazy you have to believe me in the movies cuz its true stuff people always turn to sayin its just your imagination. well i ihave a scar to prove its not I have no reason to lie to you people when I am seeking yoyur help/

Wow that sounds like a really crazy experience. Are you absolutely sure that nothing in your bed could have cut you during the night (mattress springs, sharp objects, etc)? Was there blood on your bed when you woke up?

Sorry, but it is a little difficult to understand with the way you put all this together. If you want more people to read it and give you advice I would recommend arranging it into paragraphs so it isn't just a massive wall of text to get lost in. From what I gather you were in an incredibly realistic dream-like state where you experienced numerous shifts in location and perceived time. You found yourself inside a school under attack by a kind of zombies and saw some very gruesome stuff. As the morning came you woke up with a wound that you had received in the dream.

Yes I am sorry I did put it together kind of crazy, but I had to get it out before I forgot the details. My mind was just moving in over drive I am a better typer/speller than potrayed I can assure you that.
I am positive nothing was in my bed. I know it sounds to nuts to be true but its a scar as if it has been there for some time. Now I take good care of myself and I tend to observe my body not to sound weird, after I am done running or working out. I know for certain i have never had this marking on my body until this morning when i woke up, so you cvan understand why I am actually freaking out about this. People I have consulted tell me to calm down. I am very calm for freaking out about this, I just know they tell me to calm down because they dont believe me and think I am nuts. Sir I really cant explain any of this if I have to mark this one as a freak anomoly thats what I will do but i know there is more to it than that. Nothing could have cut me and if it did a scar like this one would of left blood in my bed. It is like I was there got the cut it healed nd now im here. I know, know crazy. This is why I didnt even want to post this thread. and why cant I hear what the lady mumbled to me I know It was important but could not understand her. and why was she in my dream if thats what it was, she almost stood out more than the dream itself, like she was there and not suppose to be. Thank you for your response I feel like im going crazy. (what if this is real what if as nuts as it sounds I did experience this and/or it has yet to come about and the dream was a warning and so was the scar? Thank you for your time please dont think im crazy im not this rreally happened and it also happend exactly a year ago that is unexplainable if you ask me sir. I say what I said because it is 2011 and i have seen some crazy stuff in my life to make me realize anything is possible in this universe.

That is definitely a disturbing dream. I can't give interpretations, but maybe someone could move this thread to the Dream Interpretation subforum? You'll probably get some good answers there.

I have to agree with AscendedSleeper, it was a little difficult to read.

Now that you got it all typed up so you don't forget it, you could go back and use the edit button on your post to split it up a bit into paragraphs, to make it a little easier for other readers.

No one here is going to think you're crazy, so don't worry about that

Calm down this sounds like a normal nightmare to me. No reason to think you are crazy or anything. Dreams always feel like they are real while you are in them.

You can imagine what it looks like concously so why wouldn't your subconcious be able to dream it. Just don't worry, it was just a dream, you can dream about anything. Don't get yourself worked up and thinking this is a prophecy of what will really happen or you will go crazy.

Also I agree that you should use paragraphs when wrighting something as long as this because otherwise its very hard to read.

MadMonkey I experiewnced physical not just mental exhaust. You are just like everyone else I have consulted. Always think a perfectly good explenation can explain this. Monkey I promise you this was no regular dream. If I can put anyone in my shoes or head so to vspeak last night I would so everyone would stop telling me to calm down. i know what a nightmare is I amn not a child I am a grown man and have liver for 28 years on this earth. I would not type all that in the mess it was if i did not experience It so please ask more questions before you assume I know what I experienced I am looking for someone to help me that may have had the same experience as i did that is all. Not critisism of me not knowing whatb a dream or nightmare is. Thank you for your kind input though I will value it, although I know it is way more than a dream/nightmare I cant ask you to trust me because you do not know me, but I can ask you to believe in the idea that there are unexplained anomolies every day of our live we chose to ignore them or approach them i am taking this one head on and no one can tell me different I know I am not crazy monkey. I know what I fealt and I know I never had this marking/scar on my body. Thank you for your time though Monkey all insight and info will help me put the pieces together. I need to try and remember what the lady mumbled to me. I think it has something to do with the future. You must believe, if not in me then yourself. Ask yourself, its 2011 look where we have come from in the past 2 decades, is it really that farfetched that there could be some kind of supernatural explanation or crazy answer we could only dream of. I didnt ask for this burdon or want it none the least I assure you what happened to me was more than a dream so for the non believers start believing because I am starting to think this was a sign or warning of some kind. I may have been good to mention that I am a medium of a asort super sensitivie if you will. bbelieve me or call me crazy I have no reason to lie i justr want to know what is happening to me. No way can I have the same dream exactly one year after I had it before but for it to become more reality than dream. Please monkey use your resources to help me not tell me what I already know I feel that fate has more in store for me than i know. Bless you

I'm not tryig to tell you what you already know or call you crazy or anything. I just want to remind you to think clearly about it and not get so worked up. I know it was a very real and emotional experience and I believe everything you have said but you have to remember that your mind is capable of extrodinary things. It can simulate this intire world in your head and even make it feel extremly real or prophetic or beond yourself.

Do you know the exact date that you had the dream last time because that would be interesting if you had the dream exactly a year afterword but it could still be posibly explained by coincidence. Also I'd love to hear a better description of the scape on your back or see a picture of it.

I just want you to ask yourself why it is that you feel that this was something more than a normal dream and think about how they could be explained in other ways.

To add to MadMonkey's comment, do you keep a detailed dream journal with exact dates and everything? Is that how you knew you had the same dream on the same date a year ago?
