I mean, i dont want to sacrifice being tired/fatigued throughout the day in return for lucid dreaming? Does lucid dreaming affect you and make you not get that 'good nights sleep? |

Lucid dreaming is just being aware while you're dreaming. This means it doesn't disturb you 'biologically' or cause you to sacrifice deep, restful sleep. If anything, after a lucid dream I wake up feeling very energetic. |

Well, it depends on the technique and you. There are some techniques that do not require you to get up in the middle of the night, but some. If you are the type that can get up and go back to bed early, it won't affect you at all. If you get up to try a WILD and end up not falling asleep for two hours, then yes it will. Actually lucid dreaming itself won't make you any more tired, just some of the techniques. |
