Lucid dreams tend to be harder to forget due the intensity of the experience. But they are still dreams, so they are subject to those pesky obstacles, like moving when you wake up, waking up in a "rude" way (like with some annoying noise) or simply not focusing enough to recall them (due stress for example). Sometimes I have to stay in bed with my eyes closed almost 10minutes and when I'm about to quit, 2 very long dreams come to mind.
If I was you I would try and try to practice this small exercise:
- A few times per day try to stop for a bit and try to recall what you've done in the past 15 minutes. Where were you, what were you doing, what were you thinking, etc etc. The goal is to expand the memory of the past minutes as far as possible and with the biggest amount of details you can remember. Don't rely on your brain 100%, if something pop in your head then go ahead and explore, it might trigger some more memories/details.
Stick with this for a few weeks and let us know if it helped
