My Dreams Are Not At All Clear, Even A Little Bit

      Hi guys,

I have an issue. None of my dreams are clear in the slightest bit. Its sort of hard to explain. When I dream, it feels like my mind is half asleep. It also feels like I am not dreaming it, but rather just thinking it in my head, if you get what I mean. When I dream it feels like in real life, when you think of scenes and stuff inside your head. It also just feels hazy overall. Is there any methods to help clear up dreams a bit?

If you are lucid then you can try the vocal command "Clarify", just shout it out and the dream should become clearer.
If you aren't lucid then try improving your recall.

As Arch said try improving your recall.
Im no expert, im a noob but i used to be like that, all of my dreams were always fuzzy and it didnt feel like they actually happened.
But then i started to improve my recall and then my dreams started to become clearer.

Personally I think all dreams are very clear initially but only get fuzzier the longer you wait after the dream to wake up. If you go lucid, the ultimate as you wake up right in the dream, they are as clear as reality. That is my experience, at least. Dont worry, we all have lots of fuzzy dreams, and even more unremembered at all. Also I find closer to my wakeup time the more clear they are on average.

Alright thanks for the advice everyone! I will work on improving my recall and writing down my dreams in my DJ right when I wake up.
