I'd say every time you wake up do a reality check, but I don't get many FA's myself so I wouldn't be the best person to give advice on this |

I have had this same problem. Like Mystical said, I think we just need to get used to doing RCs and question dream-states at all times. Sometimes I've found that assuming I am sleeping while in bed is a good way to go. I've woken up plenty of times and tried putting my finger through my palm, to no avail. At least then you aren't wondering. |

I have this problem too and I'm working on it. From what I've read, like mystycal said, is to use waking up as a way to question if you're dreaming. Even if you don't do the regular reality checks (which might be a good idea to do if you want to confirm if you're dreaming or not at that time) use your wake up time to question if you're dreaming. Every time you wake up ask yourself "Am I still dreaming?" and eventually you'll get used to it and when you end up in a false awakening it will be obvious to you. I read someone else's experience with this and they said it worked wonders for them, going from FA's every time they lucid to 0 by the time they got used to it. |
