I've been deaf in my dreams for ages - what do I do?

Ever since I could remember, I have always been deaf, or at least near deaf in my dreams. Even when I'm lucid and fully grounded into the dream, the sounds I hear are usually muffled or forced through the silence somehow (like a scream or crash). When someone is speaking to me, it is almost as if they are mouthing the words and I'm just sort of, feeling, their words through, maybe, telepathy - there isn't any uniqueness or substance to their voices. That I find tolerable, but the lack of ambient noises like trees scuffling, feet patting on the ground, clothes ruffling, rreeally take away the vividity from my dreams.

Does anyone have the same issue that can possibly help me? Thanks.

Perhaps a hearing aid in the dream?

A quick and easy solution, nice! Both your replies to the thread made me lol.
As Zalak kinda said, try and creative, anything can work as long as you believe in it Other to dream control, you can try stabilising the dream with either verbal commands or stimulating your dream senses.
      Good luck!
