      One thing I would suggest if you haven't had a lucid dream, or if you're overly focused on having them.... Don't stress about it. Definitely stay positive about having one, and if you *don't* have one, don't get overly worked up about it. Stress can seriously reduce your chances of having a lucid dream, so sometimes having that intention and not trying *so* hard to become lucid can actually help you become lucid Are you trying any particular lucid dreaming techniques? How is your recall?

      My recall is okey could be better, I remember aleast 1 dream most nights, I am doing reality check's throughout the day and thats it really. I've tried a WBTB once going to try that more often.

      WBTBs really ups your chances. I recommend pairing it with MILD, it's a really good method that I feel is quite underrated
