Experience #1: I was trying to WILD. Red curtains flowing through my field of view. I could not move and did not feel my body. I saw a frightening face made of metal spikes. I realized I was in sleep paralysis and told myself that the face could not harm me. The face went away and there were now a bunch of bubbles and more of the red curtains. I got really excited and woke up.

Experience #2: I was drifting to sleep and I suddenly heard the voices of some of my family member screaming my name. This jolted me wide awake.

Experience #3: I was trying to WILD and I had more Red curtains flowing around and I realized that I could no longer feel myself breathing. Because of this I panicked and woke up.

So someone tell me, am I really experiencing sleep paralysis? Are these really Hypoganoic Hallucinations? If so, how can I stop myself from freaking out and use it to get into a lucid dream?
