I tried to word it well but it's still confusing.

1. Get ten things that will be your quiz
2. Test yourself (you'll probably get most of them wrong as it's new information).
3. Study the information
4. Wake up
5. Write down dreams
6. Take quiz again

In theory the people who do the worst on the test at night will have more dreams about the information (The brain likes to try and figure out stuff that it doesn't understand while sleeping) and the people who have dreams about the information will show marked improvement on the test.
