I feel for you. I didn't have any lucids, when I was out of whack for some reason, like being little depressed, or worried about some health issues. Do you experience anything like this? Other than that, you could revisit your technique. Check in your dream journal what worked for you and what didn't. Compare your technique to the tutorials. What are you doing differently. How do you keep yourself motivated? During my WBTB I always read something LD related, or watch LD videos. I find, that it reflects in my dreams.
Do you take supplements? B6, 5-HTP, Galantamine?
