Everything discussed was a rather common technique known as ADA. In ADA you get a good feel for your surroundings and make your senses as aware as possible as frequently as possible and if you sense anything out of the ordinary you do a RC. I'd say I agree with everything in that Reddit post. |

Reality check misconception
Hey guys!
For all you newbies, I suggest you check out the link I've posted, as I don't think there is anything like this on DV, but I've always felt that something like this should be posted.
I've recently been on /r/LucidDreaming on Reddit, and posted a Reality Check misconception.
I was just wondering if people on here agree with me on what I said or not...?
Check it out and tell me what you think about it!
Appreciate any suggestions or your thoughts on what I said.

Yes, I know about ADA.
But I didn't want to link to it in the post, I just kind of decided to explain it.
Also, it's not exactly ADA, more just... Awareness.... KingYoshi just put a tutorial on how people should do it all day erry day, but he didn't actually invent awareness... Lol.
