      Arrow a reality check tip.

      i had a dream last night and i tried to create a reality check.(yeah, sounds weird) so i managed to think if i rememberd what happened before. for example:you are on a train to another town. do you remember if you packed anything? or:what happened last night(in the dream of course).

      This is called the Memory Check. It is considered one of the most important RCs you can do.

      Happens to me all the time. I often dream I'm at an airport checking out. Everyone is picking up their luggage but mine never comes out. Then I realize I don't even know what my bag is supposed to look like, besides I don't remember packing so I must be dreaming again.

      Shift, is your signature from a manga series? if so, which one is it? it looks familiar but cant recall where I saw it.

      The only lucid I've had so far was initiated that way. I saw that MY computer was missing and I was pissed because I just got it fixed. Then it occurred to me that I might be dreaming...

      Good for you! I've done this once. I told some DCs by me to do certain things, like simon says, and they did, so I knew I was dreaming, lol! It was so fun! All powerful! I like your avatar BTW!

      This RC requires active thought and awareness so it is reasonable that it would be effective for achieving a lucid dream.

      You need to be VERY aware of your surroundings. Look at everything. Analize everything. Things as small as designs can trigger you to become lucid. Food lables. Layouts of streets. How people move

      Count fingers, push index finger through the opposite palm, pinch your nose and breath... I use these because studying your surroundings can get boring

      Just do it when ever you normally reality check. You can also do it randomly a few times throughout the day.
