Hey, so heres the deal. I only got about 4 hours sleep 2 nights ago and 6 hours of sleep last night. I took a 2-3 hour nap just a bit ago. Im not sure how any of this will factor into my rem cycle for tonights sleep. Im thinkin of trying the (galantamine + Choline) wbtb after 4.5 hours of sleep. Is tonight a good night? I dont have class tomorrow till 12:30 also so i can sleep in.
