Sounds like after so many attempts you became disinterested and started to believe that every dream will last 1-2 minutes. |

I've been lucid dreaming since last summer , i believe to this day i had over 300 1-2 minute long LDs.I have LDs almost every night and sometimes more than one.Having so much of them is really awesome for me, but the problem is.. no matter how well i stabilize my dream , when i start going somewhere i just instantly wake up.I do reality checks after that , but i'm always awake for sure, i rarely have FAs. |

I used to have a lot of trouble staying asleep when I realized I was dreaming, and on occasion still do. I don't know if it would help at all, but for me when I realize I'm dreaming and feel myself starting to wake up I imagine a weird slow wave or frequency around me as I'm waking up, slow it down, and reverse it back into dreaming. Essentially telling myself over and over, "I'm dreaming and this is where I left off," and even though sometimes the dream has actually disappeared at this point (I see black) I keep telling myself I only closed my eyes and about to open them again in the dream and then DO and keep dreaming from there. |

There are some people who want to get LD and you are fed up from LD’s. |
|
I'm not fed up , it's just frustrating that i can't stay any longer than 1-2 minutes. What's the use of LD's if the only thing you do during it is look at your hands and touch random objects for a minute |

Try this guide as well, the best imo http://www.dreamviews.com/f12/ninas-...torial-118317/ |

Always, no sometimes think it's me,
But you know I know when it's a dream
I think I know I mean a yes
But it's all wrong
That is I think I disagree

Just keep practicing. If you've got getting into the LD part down, you've done the hard part already. It comes with time and practice. I wish you luck-- there's lots of awesome stuff to do. I've been going to sleep lately thinking about a specific 'something' I want to do at night lately like fly or visit a certain place. Its helps a lot with how much time you have in the dream itself to know where you want to go or what you want to do ahead of time. |
