      Am I lucid?

      When I am dreaming, I feel as though I am able to control the dream. However, the more I talk about my dreams the more I think that the stuf that happens is just coincidence. Or maybe my concious mind trying to make sence of the unconcious dream by saying that I wanted those things to happen. I was able to complete the recent dream task but i was unable to do so for a while. This leads me to believe that my subconscious picked up on it and then implemented it the way I wanted. Confused

      I'm sorry, I'm not sure I understand. Do you have problem determining if you are lucid, or if you are in control in a dream. Do you mean, that you don't get lucid and you don't have control, but because you think about how the dream will go, your mind makes it so? Happy dreams

      I think you misunderstand (or I am misunderstanding you) - when in a dream, you always make decisions. Even when you are non-lucid. To be lucid in a dream, it means you are aware it is a dream whilst still in the dream. Dream control is something that comes with experience.
