I need a little help with my lucid dreaming.

When I first started getting into this I started off with not having any progress with getting a lucid dream. But later on I got very fluent with getting them to the point that I had them naturally almost every night. Well that just died out unfortunately so I have to get built up back to that point. I've recently started coping with my procrastination problem so I have been getting rid of that lazy factor of me.

So I guess I should be a little more clear of what I'm trying to ask. I need a brief summary on some of the techniques to obtain a lucid dream and maybe some links to these certain techniques. All help would be very much appreciated.

DV Tutorials - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views

There's a link of many of the tutorials. I'd recommend reading alot of it. I naturally have lucid dreams. I practice awareness all day. As well as meditation. It was a slow process for me to get to this point.

These are two tutorials which sum up what I'd want to say to you to help.

Awareness and intention are the two most powerful tools to achieve lucid dreams.
