      Dream Recall?

How many dreams should I be recalling weekly, Remember that I just got into this about 3 days ago and I can maybe recall 4-5 dreams a week. But what is a good number? Thanks.

Before you actually start and try to become lucid you should work on your recall first. Once you remember at least on dream a night, then I would recommend to choose a technique and try to get lucid! After that, slowly build your recall up. So as a beginner...probably one dream a night. Then as you continue on you should increase your recall. For just starting this three days ago, 4-5 dreams a week is great

It also helps a ton by keeping a dream journal too, not just online here but also your own personal one. When you first awake, before getting out of bed, try recalling last night's dreams. Then try to write down at least one dream or details of it. Even just writing down a few details about a dream will help you to recall more and more details later on in the day if you are in a hurry.

thats what I do, I have a journal for when I wake up. When i wake up i write all the details i could remember down, then i go online and write it.
