Access to forgotten information in Lucid Dreams?

Do we have access to forgotten information in Lucid Dreams?
I believe i remembered something i had forgotten.
That its easier to fly if you imagine jets under your shoes. Totally worked btw
But seriously, i know we have very good access to some information for example our goals for our dream and so on. But forgotten memory? has this happened to anyone else?

I have remembered other dreams from other dreams. Such as my DG telling me i was dreaming and reminding me that this a similiar situation has happened before in order to end a nightmare or help me get lucid.
Also i have woken up after dreams with memories jogged like random things i remember.

Although you could have the feeling of a memory that may be false or created while dreaming.

Probably referring to a "Dream Guide".
Generally a Dream Character (a person in your dreams) who gives you advice, is frequently present during your dreams, aids you in getting lucid, or any combination of the aforementioned. At least this is to my understanding.

"DG" stands for Dream Guide. A dream guide is a term used for a dream character who stands out from all other dream characters, someone who is unique and plays a special role in the dream. He gives the dreamer important information about dreams, lucid dreams, memories, and also waking life in general. This is also (most of the time) a recurring figure in the person's dreams.

Some believe he is a "special" otherworldly being, and not a dream character at all. Of course, no respectable lucid dream researcher (Celia Green, Stephen LaBerge, etc.) believes this, and neither do I.

My opinion about it is very simple: The "dream guide" is a normal, regular dream character. A product of your mind, a part of your subconscious. Nothing special about him. Period.

I wouldn't say "nothing special" about a dream guide.

I and several others have encountered dream characters that seem to really stand out, far more so than others including representations of people we know. The signifigance of these encounters is up to the person experiencing it. We all have moments that are special to us alone.

Of course, some dream guides stand out more than others.
