      Yes of course you can! ,but bleach gets just worse after Aizen's arc so if you are successful please don't fight Ginjo with a Fullbring .

      You certainly can. You can do absolutely anything. You can incubate dream content, even without being fully lucid. Try reminding yourself of what you want to dream about as you fall asleep. It is tricky, but sometimes works.
