      Can this alarm help me?

When My phone plays this alarm I'm supposed to do an RC and I was wondering what if I put headphones in at night and while I'm sleeping I'll hear the alarm and do a RC in my dream...is it possible?

That's really similar how to the Nova Dreamer works I think. When the ND flashes a light you are supposed to have prepared yourself to see the light in waking life and do a RC, and hopefully replicate this response in a dream. Its all the same in principal, the only difference is that you are providing a stimulus to your sense of hearing as opposed to your sight.
“When you call yourself an Indian or a Muslim or a Christian or a European, or anything else, you are being violent. Do you see why it is violent? Because you are separating yourself from the rest of mankind. When you separate yourself by belief, by nationality, by tradition, it breeds violence. So a man who is seeking to understand violence does not belong to any country, to any religion, to any political party or partial system; he is concerned with the total understanding of mankind.”
