      Unhappy Very shrort lucid dreams

Hello, I'm practising lucid dreaming for about 6 months.
I have very big problem. My lucid dreams are very short. About 5 minutes in a dream and everything is being blurry and I have false awakening or wake up. I tried techniques for staying lucid like rubbing my hands or shouting, but it doesn't work! I can return to lucid dream using reality check or DEILD. But dream is still short and has worse quality. Last lucid dream from this cycle had very low quality.
It makes me mad, because I can't do anything. Non-lucid dreams are longer, some were long for hours, but lucid are short, and I can't do everyting. I had only some LDs which were longer.
Really bad, 6 months practise and LDs are still weak...

I said, I had 6 months of lucid dreams, not 6 lucid dreams. I had much more than 6 LDs.

Edd... I've got the same problem... Been at it for 9 months and LDs only seconds long usually. 5 minutes would be awesome to me. And DEILD does not seem to work for me. But my focus thus far has been having LDs. Now that frequency is up I am going to focus hard on extending them. Best advice I have heard is engage all senses... listen touch, closely examine stuff at 6 inches away but only 5 seconds, then shift to something else. Also try a slow spin. That helped me the one time I tried that.

Do you have any idea what's causing the blurriness? Too anxious, too excited, etc?

Dream end causes blurriness, It's just dream ending effect. I'm very calm, dream end comes at random moment, exciting or not, it always comes.

I didn't mean it like that, I mean one day you'll get a good lucid and most of the rest of your lucids will be good
