Hello everyone |

The thing is, with your sleep schedule, you can't. One of the best ways to increase your chances of lucidity is to have a good sleeping schedule in general. Going to bed at different times every night isn't good. |

The best reason for having dreams is that in dreams no reasons are necessary.
No sailor controls the sea. Only a foolish sailor would say such a thing. Similarly, no lucid dreamer controls the dream.
Like a sailor on the sea, we lucid dreamers direct our perceptual awareness within the larger state of dreaming.
Yeah I guess so, I guess having a schedule is better for you overall as well, thank-you |

Try to wake up after every dream and write down the time. You should naturally wake for a second or two after every REM cycle. Train yourself to notice these awakenings. Do this for a few days, and see if you can figure out the pattern. |
|
Would you train yourself to do that through auto-suggestion and mantra's and that sort of thing? |

My last five dreams were logged at 12:30, 9:40, 03:30, 11:20 and 22:40. All on different days. |
