How to intensify partial Sleep Paralysis?

Hey all, the other night I was laying in bed and although I know it's not opportune to try WILDing at the beginning of the night, I thought I would try it anyway. After just lying still and trying to relax for about 20-30 minutes, I noticed I had no feeling in my legs. They weren't paralyzed, but I couldn't feel them. I have heard that this is a sign of the beginnings of sleep paralysis and I was wondering if anyone knew anything I could do to bring on full SP? Thanks.

Try relaxing more and focusing a little less. If you try too hard to stay conscious you won't fall asleep and you will prevent SP from ever even happening. If you pick some sort of anchor to focus on just try to pay a little less attention to it but not too little, you could end up just falling asleep. You could also try attempting WILDs with a WBTB so you're already tired and your body/mind just wants to get back to sleep. This should help SP come sooner since your body just came out of it and is ready to return.
