For me there is no way to directly control what I see, instead my hallucinations sort of reflect how I am feeling about sleep paralysis. If I go into it really worried about the things that I may see (or hear), then I tend to sort of drive myself towards seeing or hearing negative things. If I am just not worrying about it, nothing bad tends to happen. So my best advice is to just try your best not to think about it, however thats easier said than done. It is good to always keep in mind that you can end it at any moment with just a slight wiggle of your toes. Keeping that in mind may keep you feeling safer. |
