      Sleep Paralysis

I have a few questions about SP. I've never been in SP, but I've heard that you hallucinate and see things. Is there away to control what you see? I just think that I'll visualize something extremely scary and do something bad.

Also, I feel like I've been doing something wrong while trying to get into SP. I've laid on my bed for about an hour completely still, but I got nothing other than a slight vibration in my legs. I feel the vibration for a long time, yet nothing happens.

For me there is no way to directly control what I see, instead my hallucinations sort of reflect how I am feeling about sleep paralysis. If I go into it really worried about the things that I may see (or hear), then I tend to sort of drive myself towards seeing or hearing negative things. If I am just not worrying about it, nothing bad tends to happen. So my best advice is to just try your best not to think about it, however thats easier said than done. It is good to always keep in mind that you can end it at any moment with just a slight wiggle of your toes. Keeping that in mind may keep you feeling safer.

While in SP, I used to always see things like shadowy people standing beside me looking at me. It was pretty scary but I knew it was just my mind hallucinating. Now when im in SP I just keep my eyes closed so I dont see anything :p Sometimes Ill hear voices whispering into my ears and stuff but its still not really scary.

I'm sure I would probably see something like that, since I've been hearing a lot of people say that. My mind will probably just expect it.

Ok, let me just clear a few things up.

      I've never been in SP...
You always go into SP when you fall asleep, unless you sleepwalk or your brain is not functioning properly.

SP experiences differ from person to person. Some people see/feel nothing, while others feel vibrations, see strange lights etc.

SP works kind of like dreams. If you are scared of a place, (even if there is no reason to) chances are it will turn scary. Just go with the flow and remember, SP can't harm you.

You're trying too hard. Think of it like this. If you sit in bed for an hour, thinking:
      I need to fall asleep!
      OMG, I'm not falling asleep!
      Am I asleep?
      Nope.
      I need to fall asleep!

you definitely won't fall asleep. It's exactly the same with SP. Just relax and let your mind wonder.

In my opinion, you shouldn't be worrying about SP yet, get a steady flow of DILDs before you experiment with SP and WILDs. They seem to be hard on beginners.

      Hope that helped,
