So far this is my 2nd day and it's almost 9 pm.
Been thinking, that It's pretty easy, as long as you constantly pay attention to how you feel and make sure to eat and drink water.

I'm thinking about going another night, but I'm making myself try to wild every night.
Last night I was too anchored in HH, this night I'm going to spend another hour cooling down my anchor.
Maybe try to spend a few hours practicing / Meditating so I can get some Nrem sleep.
I'm also splitting this goal with wearing 5 ib weights on my wrists and ankles. and will be intensifying my stretching/exercise .

I was hoping for thoughts on this, and how it may affect my Ld attempts?
mostly I will get your assumptions, from the knowledge you know about sleep and the body rather than your common sense. Common sense does not seem to rule the realm of my mind, only my social mind ;p
and hopefully I can receive feedback on a few of your experiences
