You don't have a problem with dreaming so don't worry about that. As jblb said you could try using wings or a jetpack to fly. Also when you do try to do anything in a dream be sure you completely visualize what you want to happen. If you want to fly first try just levitating off the ground a little bit. Stand there and imagine yourself floating upwards, your feet slowly lifting until they're off the ground. Look up and reach for the clouds. Focus on the actual aspect of flying and leave the idea of the ground behind completely. Eliminate thoughts that hold you back and just let yourself fly!

If you're having trouble remembering to stabilize try stabilizing every time you do a RC in waking life. After you plug or nose or whichever RC you choose rub your hands and focus on your surroundings (or however you stabilize). This will get you into the habit of stabilizing every time you RC so when you do it in a dream and become lucid it is more natural. You just have to be sure that when you stabilize you really focus on your surroundings, becoming in-tune with all 5 senses. Otherwise you'll just rub your hands without really thinking and it won't really help you.

If you're still having trouble remembering what you want to do in a dream try incorporating MILD into your techniques. Instead of saying "I will get lucid" say something like "I will stabilize when I get lucid." Anything that incorporates stabilizing will help you remember to do it once you do get lucid.

Hope this helps
